This course was designed with the needs of the Australian public service in mind. It is informed by the DTA Digital Service Standard, the APS learning design standards for digital, and the SFIA digital skills and competency framework.
'Understanding UX' is the first of two two connected half-day courses. The second is 'Managing UX'.
'Leading UX' is a one-day combination of 'Understanding UX' and 'Managing UX'.
At the end of the 'Understanding UX' course, participants will be able to:
